At Casa Amella, every product we make has a story. And they all start the same way: with organic, local, quality ingredients you recognise. And with one clear idea: to offer real products that are easy to understand and make you feel good.

Only the essentials make it into our workshop. Because using fewer ingredients isn't giving anything up: it's respecting the raw materials, taking care of quality and letting natural flavour take centre stage.

Because when a product is truly good, you can tell from the taste, the label and how it makes you feel.

We believe in food that truly cares for people, the land and everything behind each ingredient. That's why we champion organic farming, the only kind that grows without pesticides and respects the land's natural rhythms, offering more natural, healthy and nutritious food. All without straying from the essentials: working only with trusted local farmers.

Choosing local produce lets us reduce emissions, care for the land and reconnect with a way of eating that's closer to home and kinder to the planet.

Because we believe that more conscious eating should also be easier, more accessible and more natural in everyday life.

MINIMAL
INGREDIENTS

If something is good, there's no need to add anything more. All the ingredients we use are fresh, and we steam them just as they came from the land. We don't enhance their flavour with anything beyond a little extra virgin olive oil and sea salt.

100% PLANT-BASED

A plant-based diet built on real food, avoiding ultra-processed products and additives, is the most sustainable option because it has a low environmental impact, and the healthiest because it helps prevent chronic illness.

LOCAL
PRODUCE

Vegetables harvested at their peak and in season, from trusted growers. We support the local and rural economy and reduce CO₂ emissions.

ORGANIC

Grown and made without chemical fertilisers, pesticides or genetically modified organisms. We look after our health and that of our farmers, and support the land's biodiversity.

NO
ADDITIVES

We're against dressing up food with colourings, thickeners, antioxidants, sugars or other additives, which only serve to mask imperfections in the raw materials or the product.

SOCIAL
INCLUSION

We believe in a more inclusive company, rooted in the local community. That's why we work with AMPANS, bringing two people from their organisation onto our team. We create job opportunities for people with intellectual disabilities. We champion diverse, accessible and enriching workplaces, where everyone can reach their potential.

SUSTAINABLE
PACKAGING

90% of our packaging is glass, the safest and 100% recyclable material. The other materials are compostable and recyclable. All are free from Bisphenol A. Our labels are made from recycled paper sourced from FSC-certified sustainable forests.
