This is an Arbequina extra virgin olive oil with DOP Siurana designation of origin, with a balanced, harmonious flavour. It has an intense fruitiness, with vegetal aromas reminiscent of freshly cut grass, almond, artichoke or fennel, and a very pleasant sweetness on the palate. The olives are harvested at their peak ripeness and pressed freshly picked, helping to preserve the oil's qualities and organoleptic characteristics as much as possible. A 100% natural oil, ideal for using raw to add flavour to salads, toast, vegetables and all kinds of dishes.
