Our Ganxet beans with Protected Designation of Origin (PDO) come from Míriam and her family’s organic fields in the Maresme region, where they grow them while keeping the area’s farming traditions alive.
They stand out for their tender, creamy texture, thin skin and delicate flavour. We steam-cook them with water and sea salt, with no unnecessary additives, so you can enjoy their full flavour.
Simply open and enjoy: no rinsing needed. They’re ideal for making empedrat (a traditional Catalan bean salad), salads and stews, or for sautéing with mushrooms and seasonal vegetables.
To appreciate their delicate flavour, serve them with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil and a pinch of pepper. You can also blend them to make creamy soups or plant-based pâtés.
