Our Pedrosillano chickpeas are organic, extra grade and locally sourced. They come from our trusted grower in León.
They stand out for their small size, very thin, soft skin and firm texture that holds together. We steam-cook them with water and sea salt to preserve their flavour and aroma, cooking them just right so they hold their shape in both salads and stews.
