All the mild, delicate flavour of yellow courgette, a less common variety, in a smooth, creamy soup that we cook just as you would at home. We make it with fresh, organic, locally sourced yellow courgettes, which we carefully clean and steam-cook to preserve their flavour and aroma.

We only add extra virgin Arbequina olive oil from Tarragona and sea salt. No potato, onion or garlic, so yellow courgette takes centre stage and you can enjoy its full flavour.

Simply shake, open and heat. You can also enjoy it cold. Add your own touch with seeds, croutons or a few fresh basil leaves.
