Our organic cooked white beans are a practical, healthy and sustainable solution for professional kitchens. Steam-cooked with just water and sea salt, they retain the texture, flavour and nutritional qualities of freshly cooked white beans. There’s no need to rinse them before use, as they contain no additives.

Save time in the kitchen with quality white beans, cooked just like at home. Available in a foodservice format: a box of 2 × 4.8 kg pouches.

Enjoy them in salads, traditional Catalan bean salads or stews, or sauté them with vegetables to serve as a side dish. You can also blend them to make plant-based pâtés.

Storage: no refrigeration is required before opening, and they have a shelf life of 3 years from the date of production. Once opened, keep the pouch refrigerated and consume the contents within 9 days.
