We make our Thai Soup with fresh, organic, locally sourced carrots. We select them, clean them with care and steam cook them with a gentle cooking process to preserve as much of their natural properties as possible.

Carrot is rich in beta-carotene, a natural antioxidant that helps care for skin and eyesight. We also add coconut, which brings healthy fats, a smooth and creamy texture and a satisfying touch that makes the recipe even more special.

We complete the soup with Arbequina extra virgin olive oil from Tarragona and sea salt. We don't add potato, onion or garlic, because we want to respect the real flavour of the carrot and coconut, without thickening or diluting the recipe with ingredients it doesn't need.

Heat it for a few minutes over low heat or in the microwave and serve immediately.

If you prefer, you can also enjoy it cold or at room temperature.

Once opened, keep refrigerated.
