We make our Courgette Soup with fresh, organic, locally sourced courgettes. We select them, clean them with care and steam cook them with a gentle cooking process to preserve as much of their natural properties as possible.

We only add the essentials: Arbequina extra virgin olive oil from Tarragona and sea salt. We don´t add potato, onion or garlic, because we want to respect the real flavour of the courgette, without thickening or diluting the recipe with ingredients it doesn´t need.

That´s how we get a soup with a clean flavour, that´s lighter, easy to digest and easy to fit into different diets.

Because in the end, when you open it, what we want is for you to find a real soup, one that makes you feel good.

Heat it for a few minutes over low heat or in the microwave and serve immediately.

If you prefer, you can also enjoy it cold or at room temperature.

Once opened, keep refrigerated.
