All the flavour of beetroot, with its natural sweetness and an earthy touch, in a smooth, vibrantly coloured soup that we cook just as you would at home. We make it with fresh, organic, locally sourced beetroot, which we carefully clean and steam-cook to preserve its flavour and aroma.

We only add extra virgin Arbequina olive oil from Tarragona and sea salt. No potato, onion or garlic, so beetroot takes centre stage and you can enjoy its full flavour.

A simple recipe, with only the essentials and no unnecessary additives, to bring flavour and colour to your meals.

Simply shake, open and heat. You can also enjoy it cold. Add your own touch with a spoonful of plant-based yoghurt, some pumpkin seeds or a few drops of lemon juice.

Use it as a sauce for pasta or rice, or combine it with chickpeas and vegetables to make a creamy, colourful dish.
