We steam-cook it in our kitchen and add extra virgin olive oil, so you can enjoy a festive recipe without the fuss. Ready to serve, it’s ideal as a first course or starter for your Christmas meals.

Simply shake, open and heat. Serve it in a soup plate or small bowls as a starter.

Add the chef’s touch with grated raw cauliflower, crunchy toasted almonds and a sprinkling of fresh parsley. A contrast of textures that makes every spoonful even more special.
