Lemonade and Mint Shot

Ingredients

200 g Limonada Bio Casa Amella
90 g Aquafabulous
50 g Alubias del Ganxet Bio
50 g agave syrup
40 g avocado (optional)
10 g spinach
A pinch of salt
Lemon zest and mint leaves, to taste

Method

In a bowl, add the organic ganxet beans, organic lemonade, agave syrup, avocado, spinach, salt, lemon zest and mint leaves, and blend all the ingredients well.
Next, whip the aquafaba with a whisk to stiff peaks for 4 minutes. Once you've got a creamy texture, mix it in with the rest of the ingredients.
Finally, serve in small glasses, decorate with mint leaves on top, and chill in the fridge.
