We make our Broccoli Soup with fresh, organic, locally sourced broccoli. We select it, clean it with care and steam-cook it gently to preserve as much of its natural properties as possible.

We only add the essentials: Arbequina extra virgin olive oil from Tarragona and sea salt. We don't add potato, onion or garlic, because we want to respect the real taste of broccoli, without thickening or diluting the recipe with ingredients that aren't needed.

This way we get a soup with a clean flavour, lighter, very easy to digest and easy to fit into different diets.

Because in the end, when you open it, what we want is for you to find a real soup that makes you feel good.

Heat it for a few minutes over low heat or in the microwave and serve immediately.

If you prefer, you can also enjoy it cold or at room temperature.

Once opened, keep refrigerated.
