We make our Beetroot Soup with fresh, organic, locally sourced beetroot. We select it, clean it with care and steam cook it with a gentle cooking process to preserve as much of its natural properties as possible.

We only add the essentials: Arbequina extra virgin olive oil from Tarragona and sea salt. We don't add potato, onion or garlic, because we want to respect the real flavour of the beetroot, without thickening or diluting the recipe with ingredients it doesn't need.

That's how we get a soup with a clean flavour, that's lighter, easy to digest and easy to fit into different diets.

Because in the end, when you open it, what we want is for you to find a real soup, one that makes you feel good.

Heat it over low heat or in the microwave and it's ready to serve! If you prefer, it's also delicious cold or at room temperature.
Once opened, keep refrigerated.
