We make our Courgette Soup with fresh, organic courgettes grown close to home. We select them, clean them with care and steam-cook them gently to preserve their natural goodness to the fullest.

We add only the essentials: extra virgin arbequina olive oil from Tarragona and sea salt. No potato, no onion, no garlic — we want to respect the true flavour of the courgette, without thickening or diluting the recipe with ingredients it does not need.

This way we get a soup with a clean flavour, lighter, easy to digest and easy to fit into different diets.

Because in the end, when you open it, what we want is for you to find a real soup inside, one that makes you feel good.

Heat it gently for a few minutes over low heat or in the microwave and serve immediately.

If you prefer, you can also enjoy it cold or at room temperature.

Once opened, keep refrigerated.
